Award Compliance Audit
Modern Awards are the cornerstone of the Australian employment framework in setting out an employees pay, conditions and entitlements.
Compliance with Modern Awards is essential for employers to protect against significant civil and criminal penalties.
We provide an audit that reviews how compliant your organisation is with the applicable Modern Awards (up to 10 employees). This involves:
•Review employee types/position/general work duties and employer industry
•Review employee ages and rates of pay against their entitlements
•Review of additional items the employer may provide as monetary benefit to the employee
•Review of the employers employment contracts for key terms relating to remuneration.
