Our Client’s Stories…

Dale from Diggers Diggers

His business is excavation work, and he is one of the best operators in town. He has used MDH’s services for nearly 12 years. When Dale started with MDH, he hadn’t lodged a tax return for 5 years, and was way behind in lodging his Business Activity Statements. His paperwork was a mess - all in a cardboard box, with unopened letters, invoices and even some catalogues!

Well, 12 years later, his business is in a sweet spot - he is up-to-date, and he knows exactly where his business is at. The relationship Dale has with MDH is very strong, and he is one of our best sales people. He is always recommending us to other people and his story is one of our favourites!

Danny from Pure Foods

We love working with local businesses who are proud to be Tasmanian. Pure Food Eggs are passionate about their produce, EGGS!

Whilst we have been working with Pure Foods for a while, their business has evolved as they seek more community involvement and awareness about how Tasmanian eggs are produced.

They have some great information about the way they farm on their Facebook page Pure Foods Eggs. You can even book a tour of the farm and get a behind the scenes experience!

Dave and Kendra from The Metz

The Metz is one of the most innovative restaurants in Launceston, described as an urban oasis. Dave and Kendra have worked hard to go through the ups and downs of being in the restaurant industry, especially through a tough 2020. Their menu, service and atmosphere is a testament to the love they have for welcoming people with great food and warm hospitality.

Their menu is always fun and exciting, highlighting local produce. Head to their website here

Amanda from Parer Studio

Amanda came to MDH Accounting with a mess of receipts as her business started growing. We were more than happy to stream line her book-keeping process! She is an incredible artist with a love for the Launceston community and showcasing local art and culture.

You may recognise the Man installation in the Launceston Gorge Basin from 2019 as part of Mona Foma. View more of her work here.
